At silunea.co.il, we are committed to providing fair, transparent service in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

🔁 Order Cancellation & Product Returns

You may cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the item or from the date of receiving the order details — whichever is later.

✅ Return Conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
All accessories, certificates, and tags must be included
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided

❌ Non-returnable items:

According to the law, returns will not be accepted for:
Custom-made items (e.g., engraved or personalized jewelry)
Items opened or used, especially for hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings)
Discounted or clearance products marked as final sale

💸 Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item
Refunds will be made via the original payment method
