Win a House in Georgia Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer:
Silunea Company – SILUNEA (“Organizer”) is conducting this contest titled “Win a House inGeorgia” under the terms and provisions detailed in these regulations.

2. Eligibility:
• Participation is open to any individual.
• Participation is conditional upon purchasing from the company’s official website silunea.co.il during the contest period.
• The contest is open to all customers within the State of Israel.

3. How to Participate:
• Every purchase on the website entitles the buyer to participate in the contest.
• A purchase of 500 NIS grants the buyer 3 entries into the draw.
• A purchase of 1,000 NIS grants the buyer 7 entries into the draw.
• For every additional 100 NIS above 1,000 NIS, the buyer will receive 1 additional entry into the draw (i.e., 7 plus 1 for each extra 100 NIS).

4. Contest Period & Registration Closing:
• The contest begins on the date the announcement is published.
• The draw date will be set after reaching a total of thirty thousand cumulative purchases.
• The draw date will be announced 10 days from the day the target is reached.
• A “last chance to participate” announcement will be made on the day the target is reached, along with the draw date, and participation will remain open for 3–5 days before registration closes, as officially announced.

5. The Draw & Winner Announcement:
• The draw will be held via live broadcast with the participation of social media influencers.
• The winner will be selected randomly from among all participants who meet the conditions.
• The winner will receive a notification/call live during the broadcast.

6. Prize Redemption:
• The prize: a house in Georgia.
• The winner will travel to Georgia accompanied by the influencer through whom the purchase was made, at the company’s expense, to receive the house in accordance with Georgian law.
• The winner will be solely responsible for any legal or local tax procedures related to receiving the prize.

7. General Conditions:
• The company reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity before awarding the prize.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
• The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who has acted contrary to these
terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
• Participation in the contest constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
